3. Can I change my order after it’s placed?
Once your order is placed, it’s locked in. Unfortunately, we can’t change the size, color, or shipping address. Be sure to double-check your order before confirming! 4. What is your return and refund policy?
We understand that things don’t always go as planned. For any defective products, contact us for assistance.

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse (e.g., wrong size choices).
  • We do not offer refunds unless the product is defective.
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. You can return items within 30 days if they are defective, but please make sure the product is unused and in its original condition.

5. Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do! We’re excited to spread the lit life all around the globe. Keep in mind that international shipping times may vary, and you may be subject to additional customs duties or taxes upon delivery.

6. Can I change the shipping address after I’ve placed my order?
Unfortunately, we cannot change shipping addresses once an order has been processed. Please double-check your information before completing the purchase and it is your responsibility to provide a safe deliverable address.

7. How long will it take to receive my order?
All orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Delivery times may vary depending on your location, but you will receive a tracking number as soon as your order is shipped.

8. What happens if my package is lost or stolen?
Once the package is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for any loss or theft. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method and ensuring that you or someone is available to receive the package upon delivery.

9. Can I cancel or modify my order after it’s placed?
Once the order is confirmed, it’s in the works! We don’t offer cancellations or modifications once an order has been processed. Please review all details carefully before finalizing your purchase.
