Return/Refund Policy
At Keepin’ It Lit, we strive to provide top-quality products. However, since we exclusively use Print on Demand for our product fulfillment, please review the following policies regarding returns, exchanges, and refunds:
Order Changes and Cancellations
- Once your order has been placed, it cannot be modified, including changes to the shipping address or the items ordered. Please double-check your information before confirming your purchase.
Defective Products
- If you believe you’ve received a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately so we can assist with the issue. Print on Demand handles production, and any defective items will be reviewed for replacement.
Exchanges and Returns
- Keepin’ It Lit does not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect size selections, or dissatisfaction with design choices. We encourage you to carefully review the product details and sizing charts before purchasing.
- In the case of defects, you must initiate a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.
Return Shipping
- Print on Demand does not cover the cost of return shipping, and the buyer is responsible for paying for return shipping. We suggest using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to ensure we receive your returned items.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable, and we are unable to refund shipping costs associated with returns or exchanges.
Processing Time for Returns
- Once we receive the returned item, please allow up to 5 business days for processing. If your return is approved, we will issue store credit for the value of the returned item.
SHIPPING POLICY
- Order Processing: We aim to ship orders as quickly as possible, typically same-day (excluding weekends and holidays) if the order is placed by 3:30 PM EST. However, this is not a guaranteed service.
- Shipping Method: We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Please ensure your billing and shipping addresses match to avoid delays.
- Shipping Costs: We do not control shipping costs. Rates are based on real-time pricing from the carrier (USPS, FedEx, etc.). For faster service, we recommend selecting FedEx; however, USPS can be used for more economical shipping.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
- Customs & Duties: International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the buyer. These charges are assessed by your country’s customs authority based on product value, weight, and dimensions.
- Shipping Insurance: We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping option for international orders to ensure safe delivery. We are not responsible for lost or returned international shipments if they are not trackable.
Customs Delays:
- Shipping delays or issues caused by customs processing are beyond our control. We cannot offer refunds or issue replacements for orders held in customs.
